Interactive prototypeMy AI Village
An interactive prototype exploring a more visual way to understand AI roles and workflows.
A village as a way to think
AI roles and workflows can be difficult to picture in a chat window. This project uses a village as a visual metaphor: different places for different roles, with movement and meetings making their relationships easier to explore.
Explore the setting
The local prototype has a walkable village, buildings to enter, and both 3D and Classic views. The setting gives abstract roles a place on the map.
See the relationships
Distinct buildings and residents represent different roles. Meetings offer a visual way to bring them together and think about how work moves between them.
Keep people in charge
The village metaphor helps explain coordination. It does not establish what a connected agent is authorized or ready to do; real actions need their own checks and approval.
A small coordination example
Illustrative only · Fictional roles and task
Imagine preparing a short summary of an invented article. A coordinator frames the task, a maker prepares a draft, and a reviewer asks which claims the text supports.
Follow the handoff
Coordinator → Maker → Reviewer → Human decision. If support is missing, the draft goes back with a question. This is a conceptual handoff, not a record of a village run.
Where it stands
Local, interactive prototype
This public page is a walkthrough of the idea. The village itself runs locally and is not available to launch here. The diagrams are original illustrations, not screenshots of the private prototype.
The project explores a visual interface; no measured improvement in understanding or agent performance is claimed.
